Mark was born and raised in Warszawa, Poland. Currently, the city of Vancouver, in the beautiful British Columbia is his place of choice to live and work.

"Wojna z Narodem", Burnaby Mountain protest, Indigenous, First Nation, Canada, Unceded Native Land, No pipelines; To photograph I used following cameras: Anthony Studio (8"x10"), Canonet QL-19 (35 mm), Contax G1 (35 mm), Exa IIa (35 mm), Flexaret V (6x6 cm), Fujica G690 (6x9 cm), Hasselblad c500 (6x6 cm), Horizont (35 mm panoramic), Kiev III (35 mm), Magnola (13x18 cm or 5"x7"), Starry Pyks - 4x5", Mamiya Universal, Super 23 (6x9 cm), Nikon FtN, FE, FA, 801s, F2A, F4s (35 mm), D300 (DX), Olympus Six (6x6 cm), Pentacon Six (6x6 cm), Smena 8m (35 mm), Zenit - I don't remember the model who really cares -it's a 35 mm SLR that you can use in an attack or as a defense. And of course variety of repro cameras (up to 24"x30" or 56x60 cm). Are you still reading? My lenses are/were... well, mostly standard for a given film / sensor size. On occasion a pinhole. Please feel free to ask if you need to know details.

Scanning of photographs was done to the Kodak PhotoCD format or with Canon 4000FS and Scitex Smart 340 from original negatives and transparencies, or on flatbed scanners from B/W and colour prints.

Editing was done on computers running MacOS: Macintosh SE, Mac IIci, Macintosh Quadra 630, Power Macintosh G3, SuperMac C600, SuperMac s900 G3, iMac, PowerBook 180c, PowerMac G4, eMac G4, iBook G4, Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, MacPro - thanx to Apple.
